Background

  • CERN needs to ensure safety for the return to work during the Covid era. A contact-tracing system needs to be deployed.
  • The system, developed by a contractor, suffered from system instability due to complex, difficult to diagnose architectural issues.

Our Role

  • Anansi led the quality assurance and correction effort for the contractor, with a mission to ensure the system’s release within 5 weeks.

Outcome

  • The product, with critical fixes, was released on time.
  • The state-of-the-art QA framework we developed was then adopted by the customer for subsequent projects.
